Laura Freyne, owner of SN1 Fit, specialises in weight loss and strength training. Laura also runs fitness classes including Fight Klub at SUJU nightclub and lunchtime workouts at Kembrey Park, all in Swindon.

Fight Klub is a boxing workout to drum and bass music, created by fitness guru Troy Dureh from London. This workout is intense, challenging, but most of all fun!! Kick and punch away those pounds and build some lean muscle.

I decided to start PT sessions with Laura as I was not getting the results I wanted and had seen the results from some of her transformation clients. Laura gave me a nutrition plan to follow to make sure I was fuelling my body and eating the right foods at the right times and is always sharing recipes for yummy meals! I leave our PT sessions absolutely buzzing, Laura pushes me but in a positive and encouraging way and its just what I needed, Ive definitely got my mojo back!

Im losing weight and toning up which is great but the biggest plus for me is my increased energy levels and my pain free periods. Ive suffered with extremely painful periods for as long as I can remember due to endometriosis, Id be doubled up in pain in bed for the first 2 days every month on strong painkillers and unable to really do anything. This month I had an hours PT and a double fight klub session on day 1 and havent touched a painkiller! I would highly recommend Laura, shes a great PT and just as committed to your results as you are!

I never thought Id do well with someone telling me what to do but Laura is not forceful and doesnt shout, shes really encouraging and likes to push you to where she can see your limit is. She is so dedicated to getting her clients results. Laura has also helped me with my nutrition plan to ensure I am eating the right foods at the right times to get maximum results. After just one week of following her instruction and watching my food properly I have dropped 1.4kg and feel physically stronger. read moreI would highly recommend Laura for personal training regardless of what level you are at. Laura makes you feel comfortable and motivated. When I had my first session I could barely use any machines as I was so weak and Laura stopped me feeling embarrassed and motivated me to keep going, 9 weeks later and i can use them all and can see a big improvement. During your sessions you can guarantee Laura is right by your side motivating and guiding you unlike other PT you see just sat there watching. Every work out is different so you never get bored.
