He will then mark the areas which require repair with some masking tape, he will then call you again from his van and ask you to come outside to check he has marked the correct areas to repair. If this if correct he will wait until you have gone back inside before he comes out of his van. We are not entering any cars, so if the car needs moving he will ask you to do this, we do not need to handle your car keys.
