read moreMany thanks to Ameeta (and children), for taking the time to review the first of our Lexie and Friends Phonic Books. They seem to be a hit with both Ameeta and her children. The boys love them and so do I. I really like how they follow the reading band scheme at school, as I never really know which books go in which band! They are also nice and fun to read. Josh is really wanting to learn about the characters and follows the stories well. I find the books from school are either so repetitive that they are boring or the stories don't make sense - often it feels like sentences are just random words put together!
