Smaart Associates was set up in 2001 with the objective of delivering UK borrowers with an expert mortgage brokering service. Our goal has always been to make arranging a mortgage easy by delivering sensible mortgage advice and a perfect level of client service. Since we commenced trading in 2002 we trust that we currently have founded one of the finest mortgage services within the UK, as do many of our clients who not only return to us time and time again but who recommend us on a regular basis.
