Fantastic company!

It is a privilege to appreciate the premier class assistance Shortland Horne gave with our house sales and purchase.Due to the pandemic, moving took almost a year to complete but Shortland Horne were there throughout seeking out purchasers and coordinating our purchase with great care and empathy. Now that the boxes are empty it's great to relax and enjoy a quality home.
So grateful thanks go to all of you at Shortland Horne - really enjoyed working with you.
Our experience with Shortland Horne began with Bill's valuation in his wonderful friendly, caring style. Subsequently the arrangements you all made for viewings were outstanding, especially after COVID kicked in. Dan was superb facilitating the sale and purchase, always keeping us informed of progress in this endurance test.
Your After Sales Team of Linda, Vikki and Sam were very caring with Sam excellent in the last few anxious days, seeking to unlock log jams down the chain.

Myself and family members have used Shortland Horne to both buy and sell houses. Most recently I sold a house with them and the service was nothing short of perfect from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, the team were all on the ball and it went through with no hiccups at all, and as an added bonus they also bagged me over asking price!! Great experience!
I went with SH to see my property and although the original evaluation was slightly overpriced, the service itself was great. Quick to arrange the listing and any viewings. All handled very safely with the covid restrictions that were in place at the time too.Linda in particular is a great asset to SH. She was so helpful and patient and kept me well informed and updated with any progress or changes. Much more so than my actual solicitor, so I was very grateful for the service i received.
