EFT is one of the tools I can use to aid my patients to overcome physical and emotional difficulties. EFT is like acupuncture, but without the needles. It works by tapping in the same places that an acupuncturist would place their needles - energy points and meridians around your body. Used on its own or in conjunction with hypnotherapy it is a powerful method to assist you to overcome difficulties. Enabling you to teach your body to reply to problem thoughts in a new way.
