Then your condition and our approach to treatment will be explained. Stretches, postural exercise and advice on work positions are usually given during treatment. When appropriate, diagnostic tests such as x-rays and scans can be arranged for you during a course of treatment. Clothing protocol: during assessment and treatment you can either change down to underwear or alternatively bring along shorts or leggings and a sleeveless top.
Childrens Clinic
read moreWe are Briar Harvie and Harriet Lennon who have both trained in osteopathic treatment for children. Although crying, stretching and yawning all help to ease your child's stresses, sometimes a little more help is needed and the gentle use of cranial osteopathy can help ease these tensions. On the first consultation we will take a full case history, conduct an examination and provide a diagnosis. During treatment we will place our hands on your child's head or body and apply very light pressure to allow tension to release.
