Select Pest Control was established in 2007 by general director Sam Wilson. Sam has worked in the pest control industry for more than twenty years, starting out as a technician, and progressing to become a sales director for an international pest control firm with a household name. I wasn't satisifed, said Sam, because my clients weren't getting the type of service that I believe they deserve. When someone phoned in with a problem, they were answered by a call-centre operator who knew nothing about pest control and wasn't able to deliver them any advice there and then.
