Seiki Juku Karate-Do is a form of traditional Japanese Karate and in English means 'True Spirit School of Karate'Students are taught foremost the art of self defence. Plus within our organisation students will earn increased coordination skills, a top level of fitness, and an increase in individual confidence. The instructors are Alan and Sue Spillard, who have both instructed for over twenty five years. Both have achieved the grades of fourth Dan, this gives them the honourable title of Sensei. They are both full time martial artists and therefore can concentrate fully and 100% on the tuition of their students.

The fantastic clubs run by the Spillard family provide you with the opportunity to develop your practical and theoretical knowledge of Karate, as well developing your fitness levels along the way. Sensei Alan is an excellent instructor and I would encourage anyone with an interest in martial arts to come along and train with the Spillard family.
