They transferred all the components into a brand new case rather than repair the existing case, so I got a brand new laptop in a sense. When I received the laptop back, the screen was still flickering. I rang them to express displeasure that what I had stated was the primary problem had not been fixed - they ordered me a new screen cable and fitted it for free! When I got it back, to my joy, the track-pad had also been fixed, something I had been previously told would have to be replaced!
