Scout Solutions was set up in 2000 by domestic landlords with the aim of greater co-operation between domestic landlords that could both improve operational performance and reduce cost through the application of technology. Scout Solutions is wholly concentrated on the domestic property sector, with the most of its activities in the social housing sector where it supplies software solutions for Choice Based Lettings, Shared/Common Housing Registers and Homelessness Management.
