About Us

Not least, the fulfilment of our many fixtures and all the lettings and events whilst we complete the building of our new changing rooms. The 1st XV continuing in South West 1 (East), welcome a number of new players and coaches to the squad and 2nd, 3rd & 4th Men's teams continue in their D&W leagues. The Women's team step up their aspirations this season, entering the RFY NC3 League.
Minis & Midis
read moreAt each level we have a dedicated team of coaches and administrators who aim to make playing rugby fun for everyone. They all undertake coaching through the club's development schemes for coaches. They are also required to complete child protection forms in line with the club's Child Protection Policy. They are all volunteers, many from the parents of guardians and we are always looking for new helpers and coaches. Joining the club ensures that your child is insured with the RFU for the duration of their years membership.

Walking Rugby Fixtures & Results
read moreWalking Rugby is a competitive but non contact, passing game, tackles are made by a two handed touch (not push.) There are no rucks, mauls or line outs and scrums are a simplified passive way of restarting the game. Without the collisions and impacts of traditional rugby it is a game of strategy and tactics, suitable for men and women and most of all it is a great fun way of keeping fit. Walking Rugby is suitable for older people, both women and men, people recovering from injury or illness. Many of our players have played rugby but this is not essential as we offer an induction programme suitable for new team members.
