S and B Decorating were set up in 1985. For the last twenty four years we currently have steadily set up an extremely great reputation within the new build and maintenance sectors in this area, ensuring all work is to our satisfaction as well as the Developer/Customer, before, during and after Decorating/Maintenance and Tiling. S and B were the 1st firm in East Anglia to be invited into the ground breaking 'Contract Partnership' scheme from I. C. I in 1999, which gives Dulux approved status, Product and workmanship guarantees.
