Fiona McQuay is a passionate, enthusiastic chef with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, working on shoot weekends, villas and holiday homes across the UK and Europe, corporate offices, charity balls, staff building, chalets and public sector events. With many cookery courses and working in 5 restaurants under her belt she's taken the finest kinds of all types of food and entertaining and created her own unique catering firm. She's spent a wealth of time travelling and tasting the various continents and believes that inspiration should be taken from all corners of the globe.
