Rotel Ltd specialising in Residential Care Homes for adults with learning disabilities was set up in 1994. A family concerned Alistair Dodge and his sister Iona and her husband David Fusco, bought out the main shareholder in December of 2008. Since then major refurbishments have taken place in all three domestic care homes bringing them up to a high level. The Laurels Group and Domiciliary Care was set up in March 2009.
