Prior to RFM Russ worked on Export sales & was also regional UK sales manager for CaseIH, whilst Paddy worked as Farm Manager on a local large mixed farming enterprise. The blend of backgrounds enables RFM to properly appreciate the problems faced by both our customers and suppliers. RFM started trading in 1991 and quickly became one of the UK's largest Case-IH Agri dealers with locations at Ross on Wye, Fosse Cross and Raglan, later expanding to include Martley.

That is why the majority of our 65 employees at RFM are 'hands on' either working as Service engineers or behind the stores counters. RFM invest heavily in training our 25 Engineers, we are regularly at the top of the list for the most hours per technician spent at the Training Schools, in training and re-training. RFM have 225,000 worth of special tools, purchased to enable speedy diagnosis & repair, including a new 650HP Dynometer.

Any shortages on return changeable to customer - Tractor must be cleaned inside & out prior to return to avoid cleaning costs - Brakes will be charged if worn out by customer.
