Set up in 1986, for twenty years the firm has endeavoured to develop a reputation for being at the top of the property management business. In February 2006 the previous Directors retired and the firm was taken over by Jean and Julian Canham. Jean has been involved in property management since 1996, 1st working for other firms and then starting her own portfolio about seven years ago.
