River Of Life Christian Centre
Religious Organization in Bristol, South West England
'Church can mean different things to different people. River of Life has a clear vision that puts the person and work of Jesus Christ at its centre. We recognise that worship cannot be pinned down to a set of inflexible parameters. So here we currently have set out our beliefs and practices in so far as they can be defined. These supply a structure which allows the work of God and the influence of the Holy Spirit to be freely accessed by those wishing to pursue their life as a Christian and earn a deeper relationship with God Himself.

Community
read moreOur most recent community outreach has been to offer a place of friendship and hospitality to retired folk in the area. Our aim is to eradicate loneliness in the lives of the elderly. Every Tuesday, we open the church and host a wonderful group of seniors with tea, cake and conversation. Bristol Street Pastors is a local charity operating under the oversight of the Ascension Trust. They have more than 25 trained Street Pastors, all of whom are volunteers from local churches who care about their community.
