The bespoke facility which is approximately 1000 square feet provides a temperature controlled, dust free environment and utilises Ultrasonic cleaning, an aqueous cleaning technology. To prevent product contamination we have strict rules and procedures relating to air flow rates, temperature, humidity and filtration standards. Laminar flow cabinets provide general filtration to Fed Class 10K. Our clean room is regularly calibrated to ensure there is no product contamination and the highest of standards of cleanliness are maintained.
