We help develop superior mental and physical skills through strength, flexibility, co-ordination and cardiovascular exercises. Blocking and striking techniques are just some of the practical personal protection skills children learn on our programmes. Additional skills include anti-bullying, inter-personal skills and safety awareness. Our Martial Arts courses help channel energy in a positive and self-rewarding way.

Our workshops include, but are not limited to: Karate, Jujitsu, Boka Jukado, Aikido, Judo, Krav Maga, plus an array of weapons including Nunchuka, Bokken (sword), Sai, Kama, Tonfa, and Bo Staff. As with all our courses we can offer special family classes with these workshops, so no-one misses out. We realise that after one of our classes you will need to go to work/school the next day, so safety is our top priority, regardless of the subject studied.
