We are near enough to be on the door step but far enough away to get some peace and quiet with ample secure parking its ideal. The Team Valley or as the locals call it the valley also has a retail park with a selection of high street shops such as next TK Max Mother Care as well as a large Sainsburys.

Riding Farm Cottage is a 2 storey stone built cottage. The cottage has all open plan living down stairs stairs leading to second floor have a hand rail on left handside. Both bedrooms are ensuite one with a bathrrom ensuite and the second bedroom with a shower ensuite.
