I'm a Farmer's daughter so I've been surrounded by great produce all my life, and my mum worked in a traditional bakery alongside running her own events business. From a very young age I worked with my mum on events and I think I just loved the buzz you get from making someone happy from food.

Furthermore, 95% of our creations are cooked from fresh, including bread, cakes and sauces. We embrace multicultural flavours across our business, and place special importance on meeting all special dietary and/or religious requirements.
