Ready2invest was established in 2003 by Jonty and Alise Crossick. Having built a successful portfolio of properties in the North of England, Jonty and Alise set their sights on expansion in to the overseas market. Their last UK purchase completed in December 2003. Through economic modelling, Jonty and Alise calculated that the UK market had another year to run and it surprised everyone that the market continued to expand for another four years. Jonty and Alise chose not to re-enter the increasingly over-priced UK market and instead ventured abroad for investment opportunities.
