read moreTypically, your child will join the Ducklings between 18 to 28 months, although we will work closely with you to decide when they are ready to move between rooms based on their development. At this critical stage of their development, we will support your child as they start to learn more about the world around them and begin to develop their independence and confidence. We know that every child develops at a different rate, so we treat them like an individual to support them as they grow. Your child will have their own key person, who will get to know their interests, strengths and weaknesses.

read moreAll children aged 3 and 4 are eligible for 15 hours funded childcare per week during term time. This increases to 30 hours of funded childcare per week for working families. We can help you to apply for this and then we take it off your bill. Learn more on the Government's Childcare Choices website. We will support you and your child to gain the independence skills needed for school, like taking responsibility for their possessions. The term before your child goes to school, we work closely with their Reception class.
