R&M Distribution Ltd was established in 1986 by Robert Mackie and, with 15 years knowledge working with national wholesalers, Robert decided there was a place in the market for an independent wholesaler, not just to compete against the nationals on price and delivery, but to provide a service that was 2nd-to-none. Working out of a tiny warehouse in Forth Avenue Industrial Estate in Kirkcaldy with a team of 2 full-time and 1 part-time, R&M Distribution Ltd set out with the motto: Customer Service Is Our First Priority and that still applies today.
