At Pure Aveda Lifestyle we trust that in order to provide nice Customer Care we must make sure that we understand what you - our customers need and evolve our services around your expectations. We understand that in order to nurture our relationship we need to give an individualised, un-mechanistic service to every customer. Service excellence is a priority to every staff member and it is delivered in an unobtrusive and professional manner. We currently have longer appointment times, expect to be with us for an hour for a cut and style or four hours for a complete head of highlights and a cut.
