We will be honest with you of the tiny number of jobs that don't print as expected, the overwhelming reason is the artwork. Even if you're a seasoned professional and are used to providing files for print, please just check through our needs as our process may be different to what you are used to. If when you provide the artwork, please include a colour proof in hard copy so we currently have something to compare your files with before print.
