Poynton Leisure Centre

Very friendly atmosphere in an founded leisure centre with changing facilities, social room for parents. We provide training for kids from age 5 through to adults. Great for fitness and learning Martial Arts / Self Defence. We have members both female and male from 5 years up to mature adults. Personal / personal training available on request. This can useful for preparation for gradings if students feel they would benefit from one to one tuition.
