Patients have a choice as to which doctor they would like to see. However, you'll be encouraged to see the same doctor each time you visit. This will aid the doctor get a better understanding of any general problems you may have. From time to time doctors and nurses may undertake training of junior doctors or student nurses. This may include the student being present during consultations. This is a very important method of analysing and improving how we work. The aid given by patients is valued. Your written permission will be requested in advance of the consultation, but we understand fully if you don't not wish to participate.

If you have been given a face to face appointment after speaking to a Dr or Nurse on the telephone, we would be grateful if you could come to the surgery with your face covering on - covering your nose, mouth and chin. This can be in the form of a mask, scarf or handkerchief of any sort of fabric. At The Roseberry Practice we aim to treat all our patients promptly, courteously and in complete confidence.
