I am an independent locksmith, not part of a franchise and am definitely not one of those 'rip off call centres' who only want your money. When you call Poole Key Locksmiths Ltd, you talk directly to a locksmith, not a young person reading from a script. I am fully insured and all my work will have a 12 month guarantee. I am one of only 3 Trading Standards Approved locksmiths working in the Dorset area. I am a member of Checkatrade and the UK Locksmiths association. I have also registered myself with Dorset Police. The companies that advertise that they have accredited locksmiths are duping you, there is NO locksmith accreditations or register in the UK. I have registered myself with all the above to try and give the public peace of mind. Please don't get caught out by these "rip off call centres", you WILL get stung for a lot of money. read moreWe repair, replace and fit new locks to insurance standards, so you comply with what they state. If you are unsure what they want/ need you to have fitted, I can help with that. Locks to British Standards supplied only or I can also fit for your own locks at an agreed cost*. If you are a little unsure about your security, I can recommend different types of locks to make you feel comfortable in your own palace, after all you need to feel safe in your own home. We can also recommend alarm and CCTV fitters to you, so you don't have to call around everyone doing this, I only recommend people I trust to do a very good job.
