If you are searching for an experienced Personal Trainer who can assist you with your fitness, diet, aches and pains, or even introduce you to the world of Martial Arts, then I am your guy. I'm based at CityLife House in central Cambridge, six days a week. I can, and do make home visits on request, but prefer to utilise the availability of equipment that I have on site at CityLife House. Working with many local groups to create speciality programmes for their end users, such as MPW college, Brookdale autistic hospital and Petersfield community officer, has been very inspirational for me.
