I qualified in Beauty Therapy from South Tyneside college in 1991. In the 2 year course we studied make-up techniques, media make-up, electrolysis manicures, pedicures, facials, and body treatments as well as art, business studies and sciences. After leaving college I worked in 2 N E salons as full time beauty therapist requiring me to cover all areas of beauty therapy including, nail extensions, make-ups, tanning treatments, facials and electrolysis giving me the tools and experience to 'go it alone'
