Penny Williams Acupuncture
Acupuncture & Acupressure in Cardiff, Wales
I qualified as an acupuncturist in 2006, and have been practising at the Gaia Natural Therapy Centre in Cardiff since then. I have a BSc degree and licentiate in acupuncture from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading, a British Acupuncture Council accredited college. This training involved a complete study of Chinese medicine from a traditional Chinese medicine and five element perspective, as well as an overview of Western medicine. I'm a member of the British Acupuncture Council.

Women go through lots of hormonal changes through their lives, from puberty to the menopause and beyond. When you add in the stresses and strains of modern life - trying to find a work/life balance, caring for others, diet, exercise - it is not surprising that women can easily feel out of balance, tired, overwhelmed and off kilter, especially during menstruation, conception issues, and peri- and post-menopause.
