We would always prefer to see you face to face, but understand this is not always possible in the current circumstances. Step 1: Phone us and advise the receptionist that you'd like to arrange a video consultation. Step 2: The receptionist will take some information from you and explain how the consultation will work. They'll then arrange your video consultation over the phone (which includes taking payment).

Blood and other samples are tested within our own laboratory, with most results available within 24 hours. Medical care is underpinned by the use of a full range of modern orthodox treatments. We also offer a wide range of surgical procedures, including full dental care, backed up by the latest anaesthetic agents and equipment and full anaesthetic monitoring. We work closely with several local referral services for those occasions when the situation demands even more specialist care.

Please note that our night team are very busy looking after emergency cases and critically ill pets, so we kindly ask that for routine enquires and appointments please call during our main opening hours. The Vets Now team are dedicated Vets and Nurses based right here at the practice providing emergency vet care for sick and injured pets throughout the night, weekend (24 hours Sunday) and bank holidays.
