February 2020
read moreThe 29th of February was a special day for train enthusiasts like myself in Marsden, as the Cotton Mill Express came through the village twice giving a heart warming toot as she came through the station. With the terrible storms over the past few weeks the amount of water has been unprecedented in the area. Unfortunately many of the roads in the area have disintegrated leaving large pot holes. We were unlucky enough to hit one of these pot holes on the way to the crematorium with the tyre deflating thankfully just after we had arrived.
