Yes always - If the job you require is not in the price guide we'll try to provide a nice estimate over the telephone. If the price given suits you then a plumber will attend at the agreed time. When they arrive before commencement they will assess the needs before starting. They will then confirm or adjust the price accordingly (They will reduce the price if the work will be completed in a quicker time than expected) and confirm all parties are cheerful. If, however, after revising the estimate based on what they find at the job, and you decide not to go ahead, we won't charge you anything.
