PBSC Chartered Surveyors

PBSC is a family owned, independent Chartered Surveying practice which was set up in 2003. The Principle Surveyor is Mark Pearce BSc(Hons) MRICS who began his career in this profession in 1988. Adding to his earlier qualifications, he was awarded a degree in Building Surveying in 1996; and then was elected by the Professional Body to join as a highly skilled Member of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) in 1998.
