Delightful stone cottage as part of a barn conversion. Beautifully decorated and fully equipped warm and cosy with original features. Spotlessly clean with ample
parking. Hosts were great giving us local info to enhance our stay. Check to see if there are any courses happening while you're staying that you could join. Great stay would thoroughly recommend and would love to stay again

The fact that I've stayed at Pattys Farm Barn 5 times speaks for itself!
The individual cottages are fully stocked with everything you'll need and more, spotlessly clean, comfortable and inviting. Margaret and her team are amazing hosts. There's so much to do in the area too for all tastes and interests, coastal, city and countryside. I'll be booking my next break there soon.

I would highly recommend staying here. The cottage was really clean and spacious. Margaret was also really helpful. The games room was a real hit on the wet days.
A great location as we travelled to Liverpool, Blackpool and the Lakes.

After a delightful four-day stay, we have returned home with wonderful memories. The cottage we stayed in was impeccably clean and tastefully furnished. I recently came back from an absolutely fantastic getaway at Patty's Barn with my friends. The location and accommodations were pristine, providing everything we could possibly need. Margaret and Michelle were exceptional hosts, always friendly and approachable, creating a welcoming atmosphere during our stay.
I cannot recommend Patty's Barn enough and I am already looking forward to my next visit. It was a truly memorable experience that exceeded all expectations.

Situated on the edge of Morecambe Bay and just south of the bustling, historic city of Lancaster. With the great outdoors directly on the doorstep, we welcome you to indulge in the constant change of nature whilst enjoying the unspoilt natural beauty of the surrounding area. We had a wonderful stay in the cottage, which provided a very peaceful space. We went with a 92 year old and an 18 month old and were able to find activities that incorporated them both.

You can expect fresh air, wildlife and a warm northern welcome. We want you to come and get into nature, explore, be free, let your kids be kids, connect and spend quality time with the ones you love in the great outdoors. In 2010 we renovated an old shabby barn into 6 stone cottages.
