read moreWe are able to rely on a staff team that is dedicated and experienced, able to work with complex physical and mental needs and provide training in independent living skills. Passmore Care Services has a commitment to the Skills Pledge that it has signed with the Learning and Skills Council. Our highly qualified staff team, both male and female, are committed to our vision. We have younger team members too who can act more as peer mentors rather than traditional 'carers'. All staff are skilled in interpersonal/relationship issues, group dynamics, communication skills, mediation, liaison, and advocacy.

read moreTenancies are secure which enables tenants to stay long term without fear of their property being sold etc. The landlord will offer full support applying for the appropriate level of housing benefit, and will await the housing benefit award before collecting rent. Support is available to help budget for rent, household bills and shopping and any other expenses. Support is available to protect the tenancy, including threats due to emotional or behavioural elements. Assistance is given to help people orientate/get to know the area, so that they can quickly access local amenities, plus we can help with travel training to acquaint people with the local public transport.
