About Us
read moreAs committed, highly educated primary health-care professionals, we focus on helping you to be as active and healthy as possible. We offer a patient centred approach using the best available evidence. The treatment uses a drug-free, hands-on approach to optimise function, reduce pain and maintain well-being. The gentle precise nature of Mc Timoney chiropractic makes it suitable for most people throughout their lifetime from babyhood to those in later life. In addition to this list, many conditions respond positively to chiropractic, however the symptoms above are those recognised by NICE (National Institute for health and Care Excellence) for positive response to chiropractic treatment after research.
Chiropractic
read moreMany animals may suffer from back, neck, pelvic and musculoskeletal problems at some time during their life. And like us, they may benefit from chiropractic care. Although it is mostly horses and dogs that are treated, I have treated many different animals including guinea pigs, zebras, a coral king snake and a llama. Whether your animal is a family pet or a top class racehorse, you can often improve the general health and well-being of your animal with chiropractic care. Treatment aims to restore the comfort and quality of life and frequently improves performance.
Chiropractic

It is usual to receive your first treatment at this appointment, however, it is sometimes necessary for a patient to be referred back to their doctor for further tests or x rays prior to treatment. Follow- up appointments monitor your response and progress to the initial treatment to ensure that you continue to receive the appropriate care. Follow up appointments last approximately half an hour.
