It was started on the conviction to sell organic products, not only as a reason for doing business, but also to promote good behaviour and practice. Blessed by an ideal microclimate and soils rich with natural fertility, Tuscan tomatoes are highly prized. Ours are grown near the coast. Most of the time it's quiet and peaceful, except for a handful of frenetic days in summer, when they harvest and immediately process the tomatoes in one go - adding absolutely nothing else.
