Optimus is an independent Lettings Agency located in Medway in Kent. Medway comprises Rainham, Gillingham, Chatham, Rochester & Strood, but we presently look after properties as far as Sheerness, Sittingbourne, Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells, West Malling, Gravesend and the Isle of Grain. We look after Landlords, their Properties, and the People who live in them. What makes us unique is that we currently have a flat rate fee charging policy of J59. 00 per calendar month for full management.
