I embarked on my journey in 1997 when I studied Fitness and Nutrition in South Africa. This journey continued to the UK, and at a time in my life when I was run-down, overworked and highly stressed, I discovered Acupuncture. The treatments gave me more energy, I felt more capable to cope with stress, I felt much happier, less anxious and began sleeping properly; all this, without having to take any medication. I realised that although conventional medicine could do wonders such as open-heart surgery and fix broken limbs, Acupuncture could do wonders for the ailments conventional medicine.
