The requirement to wear a face covering or mask does not apply where it is not appropriate for a visiting client to do so due to mitigating circumstances such as their age, medical condition and/or disability.

read moreIf it's not possible for you to attend the practice but you need some advice or your pet is unwell, we can offer you a video consultation. We would always prefer to see you face to face, but understand this is not always possible in the current circumstances. Step 1: Phone us and advise the receptionist that you'd like to arrange a video consultation. Step 2: The receptionist will take some information from you and explain how the consultation will work. They'll then arrange your video consultation over the phone (which includes taking payment).

This instrument uses fibre-optic technology and allows the vet to look inside the gastrointestinal tract or respiratory tract. It is less invasive than other surgical procedures. This technique is used to explain frequent or persistent vomiting or internal bleeding and as well as being used for diagnosis it can also be used for treatment such as removing foreign bodies. Home Visits - While we realise some clients find it difficult to attend our surgery, we highly recommend this for most cases.
