We specialise particularly in providing NVQ Heath & Social Care Level 3 and Level 4 to experienced - work-based Care Staff. Our policy is to use real work situations and in-house assessment to give each candidate a flexible and meaningful approach to her/his own individual and professional development. Custodial Care is unique to Establishments where people's freedom is denied. The Award is tailored to protect the rights and dignity of the personal in difficult circumstances and highlights the skills, dedication and professionalism of team working in closed environments.
