I have a special interest in working with neurodivergent clients, particularly those with late-diagnosed Autism and ADHD, or those who have yet to receive a diagnosis.
In my leisure time, I enjoy tending to my garden, foraging in the local woods, and experiencing the great outdoors with my family. Running is my personal way of clearing my mind and staying connected to my body. Prior to my counseling training, I worked as an acupressure therapist, and I value the understanding of the intricate relationship between the body and the mind in my work.
