An Interview is conducted with the borrower to ascertain the reasons for their mortgage arrears. We attempt to seek solutions intended to ensure future mortgage payments are met by working out a repayment plan. A detailed report is completed including the up to date circumstances of the borrower together with a property condition report and current value. We attend on pre-litigation and pre-eviction visits for residential and buy-to-let mortgages and occupancy verification.
