read moreI joined the business in 2002 after working in America for 4 years in small business start-ups. In 2013 I took over the day to day oversight of the business and have been responsible for our strategic direction and external relationships since. We regularly take the camper van away; I enjoy the great outdoors and like getting beaten at football by my son. I joined Norton in 2015 as HR Manager and became Head of Operations & HR in 2020. I'm responsible for the day-to-day running of the operational side of the business, heading up our Personal Lines, Commercial and Customer Services teams.
