Northern Ireland Meat Exporters

The Northern Ireland Meat Exporters' Association includes in its membership the major beef and lamb EC approved slaughtering and cutting firms in Northern Ireland. The Association is a single contact point for all member firms and can direct enquirers with specific requirements to specific firms. Northern Ireland is unique in its smallness thus allowing standards of production and processing to be consistently controlled. This uniqueness has been harnessed to advantage, to create distinctive Farm Quality Assured beef and lamb products that meet several of the highest.
