Jonny from NEPI has been really helpful in switching a couple of my single-lets onto Mears contracts, which has increased their rents from 500/m to 728/m. He's also sourced me a 4 bed Mears HMO with a net yield of 12%. Those Mears properties are like index-linked gilts on steroids!
